Remember being in a small Indian at bottom of Byres Road in Glasgow where from the upper floor you looked directly down on kitchen where a chef spent all his time slicing onions and dipping them in a huge bowl of batter then into fryer . This went on all night , so fresh .

Wow, those samosas look excellent compared to the usual flat specimens often served, also those bhajis looked so neat , almost as if the onions were spiral used and carefully wound ,good presentation. Lamb also good looking. Turmeric Is the yellow colour, used in your rice rather than more expensive saffron. And you are spot on when taking small portions from serving dishes , especially from hot plates.

Thanks to you, I found Lily’s a year or so back. Nowhere in Tenerife made me and my mates feel so welcome. Breakfasts are to die for as is the strong Yorkshire Tea and the Alhambra (whilst it was even cheaper a year or so back) was ice cold and beautiful. I’m back there on 2nd December and cannot wait to have my Lily’s breakfast every day they’re open.

You’re totally rockin with these Vlogs Lee. I was baptised on Indian food back in 1986 at Sheffield Poly. Ever since I’ve been obsessed. Popadoms and pickle tray essential to start. Prawn Puri would be my fave although a good Onion Bhaji is great. Chicken Madras or Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi main. Always have a Sag Bhaji side and pilau/ mushroom pilau or special rice. Garlic Naan to mop up too. Gallons of Cobra always!

Just had Chicken Tikka Masala from one of my local Indians. Ive had more flavour from a boiled egg. The chicken had been nowhere near a tandoori oven. I have many fond memories of going to Goa many times. The first time was special. As the sun would set the fires would start to heat up the real Tandoors. The best Tandoori I have ever had and the best Naan bread in the Worrrrlllld. Another cracking vlog Lee.

I think the new toilets in Daniel's restaurant are the best restaurant toilets IN THE WORLD! The locked-off camera shirt change edit was perfect. I identified the strawberry daiquiri 10 minutes before either of you said what it was, but why no little umbrella in the drink? I like onion bhaji, mango chutney, and various curries up to, but not including, vindaloo (sorry, I just can't any more), so this was like a virtual Indian meal for me. Well done!

Ever thought about doing a weeks cruise and maybe take the family with you. You could do a tour of the ship and when the ship docks you could do a vlog on a different location every day. I think they do a Canary Island Cruise but you have many places to choose from. As for the food 10/10 and it always tastes so much better after sinking a couple of pints.
