The food there is amazing, we eat there very often!!! They do serve early/breakfast longsilog, bangsilog, etc... but the lunch/dinner buffet does start later or actually better said on time( pilipino time)!!! I HIGHLY recommend trying

Beef stew in tomatoes you ate is Beef Caldereta/Pork Stew in Coconut milk- Bicol ( hailed from a province in Luzon, famous for its use of spicy chili in their recipes) Express/ Pork humba is sweetened with Pineapple. Pork/Beef Sinigang is close to Thai's Tom yum based on Sampaloc/ Tamarind fruit/ Dinuguan - pork innards cooked with fresh pork blood/ kare kare is beef oxtail.
