Question: In Hong Kong, is the preference for Cart Noodles being replaced by 魚塘米綫? Many stores over here (in Canada) utilize the name "魚塘米綫" but allows you to pick the noodles, the toppings, soups, extras (and includes a drink and even Bubble Waffle for two dollars more), I suspect they are in the same market if not the same concept.
