If Niantic wants more money they will make IV to come from Reshiram and Zekrom as players will need to do 20 Kyurem raids for the energy and then hundreds of Reshi and Zekrom raids to get the good IVs

I have a 15-14-15 Kyurem at L50, so I hope it takes the Kyurem IVs. I really hate all the backgrounds, they are preying on peoples' FOMO. Making unique backgrounds from two other backgrounds, all while they are not guaranteed to get, is diabolical
