SUBBIES!
I finally tracked down a trichologist with a VAST array of knowledge. From a scientific standpoint to a more natural approach, Dr. Brace knows how to treat hair!
She started her journey to get a deeper understanding of hair because she herself was experiencing hair loss. Dr. Brace has more certifications than you can count and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to caring for natural and chemically treated hair. (Relaxed, colored, or texturized hair)
I was delighted to learn about silica in fiji water, heavy metal precautions, and deep breathing as they all pertain to hair growth.
Dr. Brace normally gives classes and presentations to cosmetologist; therefore, it is a blessing that she graced us with her knowledge! I hope you enjoy the information and be sure to watch Part 1 and Part 2.
Part 2 includes the questions that all of your asked! Please share with others that you know need or want to really get their hair goals on track!
Stay tuned Subbies because I have more to come from these experts!!!!

What a blessing!! Thank you and may the good Lord bless all you do. I’ve never learned to take care of my hair. I was adopted by a whites family and my hair was never taken care of because mother never knew how! Now 54 and over saturated with products and crazy! I’ve tried it all! Probably why my hair is this and weak now. Stomach health is an issue as well and I’m sure it’s not helping!

My hair usually grows very long, very fast. Lately, my hair has just been stuck. I've been taking chlorophyll, multicollagen, a multi-vitamin, biotin and vitamins D3+K2 daily. I think I'm taking too much. But I'm also dyeing my hair (not lifting) and touching up the roots regularly. I'm cutting back on the dyeing and just taking the collagen, multivitamins and chlorophyll. I'm also anemic and need extra iron.

You are very right, my mother used to make our pillow cases with satin material, our hair never dropped or broken, she also put lard in the hair, I don't do this lard now, but I still use the satin pillow cases. Thank you for your knowledge in the hair business, you are helping many people, my hair grew quite long, but it dropped so badly. I don't use chemical , probably it's because I am in my 70's. May God bless you richly and always.

@@CurlyHairCrisis I would love for you to do a video about the best organic herbal supplements & organic vitamins for adult hormonal acne (clear skin in general actually), & stronger nails & hair. I'm 40. My skin has been up & down since mid-thirties. My nails grow nicely but after they get to desired length, they break at the side where my nail bed is, so the break is on my skin. I have to get creative to mend the break until it grows long enough to cut. Because I don't like disproportionate nail lengths, I cut all of them to start over. But it's super annoying. Heck, best nail polish solution would be great too. Every one that claims to last with no chipping that's 5-free is trash. Thanks in advance.

Such a great interview! I Was a vegan for 15 years, gained a lot of weight, and my hair was very dry. Fast forward to last year. Started eating red meat(most nutrient dense food) and now, with exercise and tons of water I am losing weight and my hair is growing. BUT....it is very thin in the top. Started drinking Fenugreek Water after watching your video. Question: how can I get my hair to thicken and, when does the antigen phase actually start? In childhood or is it at different times of life? Hoping you will have her back!!!
