There is actually a special nail polish with a extremely bitter taste. If your tongue touches it then you're not gonna eat anything in the next 15 minutes because it tastes so bad. My parents made me use it as a child to stop chewing on my nails and sucking on my thumb. It was horrible but it really helped.

The way i remove plaque is with a pine stick typically a tooth pick that has had its end chewed a bit and i just rub the plaque off and then i brush and floss as usual

Im 12-13 and I already lossed all of my Baby teeth but a couple Years Ago I had this loose tooth and I kept trying to pull it Out and it wouldnt come Out, but one Day I was pulling the loose tooth and it came out and the root was massive, and Yes it was a baby tooth.
