Hey Brad when u pull the jack handle out push it onto the square shoulder of the rod. After u raise it all way up take the other put it in the bottom hole that will keep it from accidentally letting down on u

Thanks for the tip....that was our first time doing it.

Wow! That is slick Brad! I like Ross’s idea of modifying it for an impact driver. Well worth the watch 👍🏻

Thanks Gary and yes, Ross had a great idea!

Used to have a Grasshopper front mount that would electronically flip the deck up. Loved that mower. This is an interesting solution to a built in jack
@PineyGroveHomestead Жыл бұрын
The hydro deck raising is really nice too! Thanks for watching.
@OrangeismyNewGreen Жыл бұрын
I didn't know you could do that with a zero turn, pretty cool 👍🏻
@RossOnTheLand Жыл бұрын
I can't do that with my toro.
@OrangeismyNewGreen Жыл бұрын
@@RossOnTheLand I guess you need to get a Kubota 😉😉👍🏻
@michaelmactavish4445 Жыл бұрын
yeah its a great build in jack system plus handy if out middle of nowhere instead carrying a heavy floor jack wich kubotas are smart with that no other brands of zero turns dont have them

Thanks for watching Luc. It was new to us too....great feature. No lifting with the tractor bucket, although my neighbor does....wonder if he knows about the lift??

That's awesome, I'd be removing that crank, and modify it to fit an impact drill. That's awesome. Thanks for showing.

Good idea, Ross. I'm getting too old to crank!
@geoffreyshafer85736 ай бұрын
You missed one feature Bud. The crank has a square receiver - push it forward onto the square end of the screw and voilà, nice smooth cranking without busting your knuckles.😊

@@PineyGroveHomestead it’s nice to see a manufacturer starting to address that. Our instructions on the zg412 are still “well, if you have a loader available…….” ;-)

I have a ZD21 and it has been great. Use this features after every mow when grass is wet side so I can scrape mower deck. It locked up last year after many years of using it. Any ideas why it would lockup? Thank you for videos!

That screw seems to get clogged up with dust and debris easily...I'm not sure if it's better to keep it lubed or not as oil attracts dust. Here's some other ZTR videos of ours! : kzbin.info/aero/PLG5yS75HLzo3mW_5QedPxJTQxiJ5qGcb-

You are not using the crank handle correctly. Hold it straight out and push it in and it locks in and then you turn it and it will clear everything.
