This one sounds like a good therapy... I mean the way they talk with her...

Interesting and enjoyable programming. Seriously, she’s 18. Yes, there are some people who are natural leaders. But some people have to be groomed and trained to be leaders. That’s a process that can take time.

Staff are really rooting for these candidates, it seems. You can clearly see it. They want to give them the opportunity to succeed. And it is obviously tough love. Many staff seemed to be at the point of failure in their own SAS recruitmnent programes. But they pushed through. They know what it takes to survive. They have hard lives themselves, but no one wants to promote anyone to failure that could cost them their lives, and their team mates lives. This isn't industry or the private sector where incompoetance doesn't necessarily jeapedise peoples lives, or the completion of a mission. They are not without empathy. But woe betide any candidate that doesn't try hard enough or shows the wrong attitude. That is why the UK miliatary and the SAS are well regarded around the world. Respect is due. Not many of us are cut out for this military life. Thank ggoodness they are prepared to make the sacrifices.

Yes every army is looking for a small frail girl in their army... the iraqui war showed the US troops that female soldiers was a problem... because the men got prortective and women lagged behind so men had to pick up the slack
