He's like something out of a lab. Kam's build, Sean's athleticism, Derwin's range, Ed's instincts, and Dawk's tenacity.

Hamilton is awesome. But he literally doesn’t measure up to any of those greats that you named
@JustinDrinkwalter8 ай бұрын
@eternalselph He's only in year 2. The comps will show over time, I'm sure, at least some of them. All pro at 22 is a pretty good start, though

Kyle hasn’t even filled out physically yet. He can lose size to be quicker or even gain some more mass to play in the box if they want. Kam Chancellor-ish. Gonna be fun to see 👀 moving forward as his responsibility grows. 💜🖤💜🖤

He’s so unique, still can’t believe he fell to us. I’d say he reminds me of Adrian Wilson from the Cardinals a while back.

Unprepared is a good term. For both sides of the ball.
@all_22_films8 ай бұрын
100%. Weird because they had been so prepared for so many situations. I think it looks like they did not prepare for the specific threats that the Chiefs had, and it cost them.
@raynmaker6298 ай бұрын
@all_22_films agreed. For them to abandon the running game totally was strange. 6 attempted runs by the backs was not enough to figure out a way to attack the defense. That 4th down run Lamar had was 1 stiff arm away from being a touchdown. I know he wants to be strictly a passer ,but that run could have swung the momentum. It just looked like he slowed down.

@@raynmaker629 Everything about that game looked off, and it only looks moreso upon rewatch.
@raynmaker6298 ай бұрын
@all_22_films I couldn't rewatch the whole game. I just finished my detox from it. Haha. I was watching certain plays and was wondering about some of the choices they made. Throwing on 2nd and 4, not coming out after halftime and trying to establish the run as Harbaugh told the field reporter that they were going to do. No screen plays or wheel routes with Hill or Cook ( another question mark) the Bills had an extra lineman and had great success running. Even a novice like me knows to at least attempt that and if it doesn't work, try something else. That would have caught the Chiefs off guard. This team was complete ,and I'm hoping they didn't squander away thier best opportunity.

@joshhoffman52338 ай бұрын
It’s fun to just watch most any play and hone in on him. On plays where it isn’t a long pass so you can still see all 22 players, and Hamilton is usually coming forward, to me he looks like his mind reacts faster than anyone. He reminds me of, in some SMALL way, a smaller player, but not in a bad way: Polamalu.
@ChrisSwayne-do5ny8 ай бұрын
I've said this before, and I'll repeat it. Kyle is a great force player. When he gets his hands on you and extends, it's hard to block him. He is great at coming downhill.
@raynmaker6298 ай бұрын
I thought he was a good pick, but not this good, this fast. His Notre Dame highlights were big time. Glad he ran a 4.5 instead of 4.3.
@all_22_films8 ай бұрын
Great point. I agree, I thought he would be a very good player. But did I think he would be an All-Pro in his second year? I wouldn't have guessed that, but would not have dismissed the possibility. So glad we drafted him, very good pick.
@raynmaker6298 ай бұрын
@@all_22_films agreed. The Ravens value safety and middle linebacker more than almost every other team. Just wait until Hamilton has the knowledge to go with his instincts and physical ability...scary

Coach I'm curious why Marcus Williams was in the midfield position, on that 1st Kelce Touchdown? Kelce was 1vs1 on Hamilton on the outside Shouldn't Williams be helping more to that side.

I guarantee if I was DC for this game it wouldn’t have worked out, but it also wouldn’t have worked out for Kelce. We might’ve game up 40 points but kelce would not have more than a catch. I can’t believe we let him beat us all game. Literally beginning to end
@joshhoffman52338 ай бұрын
Regarding the defense, I think if the ravens scored more, KC might have also. If we go to OT, I know I trust KC way more than us that game. True of basically any game we play them.

I see a more versatile Troy Polamalu in him.

Call me crazy but I’m starting to believe the chiefs were getting away with more penalties. I don’t like this line of thinking at all but I dislike ignoring reality even more. I’m not saying it’s reality I’m just saying I’m a skeptic who is starting to believe it
