Can I also customize the agent or make a new one that can get us the replies of the threaded conversations. For example - I sent a email to 50 people, 20 replied to my email so that will be stored in the threaded conversation so can I make the agent to get us the 20 people who replied and their whole message and content??? Can I make the agent for this purpose ?? Please sir do reply to my question it would be of great help😊
