I was in a similar situation. I thought I’d never get back to myself. Now I’m happily married, enjoying my children, and most importantly a beautiful relationship with God. Talking about it until I had nothing left to say really helped. There are many women who KNOW what you’ve experienced because they have, too! Carmen, I applaud you for having the strength to tell your truth. And I'm glad you got out of it. I went through a very very similar situation. With him for 20yrs and married 14 yrs. He changed when he moved me from my family. Broken jaw, he took keys to house and my car, take or break my phone, clock me outside for whole weekends in the rain, snow, heat, or cold. Two vehicles in the driveway and I walked over an hour to work every day. Gun point at me etc.. I finally got away and I am happy and with family and my kids again. Stay strong girl you got this ❤️

when kat was talking about being a nurturing person, and that whole conversation about not letting certain people touch you or hug you, i FELT that whole conversation because that’s me and i had to learn the hard way to stay away from certain people and spirits who weren’t good for me at all. i love that she talked about that and she dropped some GEMS! 💎 i can definitely relate to what she said because it’s so TRUE! when God wants to LEVEL YOU UP, you have to cut off certain people and things and places because it’s not elevating or anything. yea i love these videos. thank you carmen and kat!
