@3:56 terminals are shorted and input Vd is fed to opamp. That means voltage at inverting terminal and non inverting terminal must be same . Hence output = gain * ( v1 - v2 ) = 0 Volts. But you have mentioned output is (gain * Vd). Can you elaborate how it is ( gain * vd ) ?
