I use LTSpice (latest free version) and basic NMOS with .model nmos1 nmos(vto=0.5 kp=200e-6 l=100u w=100u lambda=0.02) statement , name all my NMOS as nmos1, then do DC sweep using source to sweep as Vd3 .dc 2.5 6 .1 and I can replicate all your Multisim easily. Thank you for your detailed description of this and the derivation of the formulas step by step.

the nice explanation at the end of the video you said there is some downside of this circuit in ac analysis like voltage swing and operating point so for remove that issue what we should can you make video on that also with simulation so we understand better one suggestion can you make a video on ,single and two-stage opamp with current mirror circuit

Sir it would be very helpful if you explain the topics from Razavi Sir's book the "Modification of cascode mirror for low-voltage operation."(5.18) topics it creates a lot of confusuion.,actually i want to know what will happen if we connect the gate of M1 to the drain of M4.

Hello Sir, really nice video, appreciated for real the explanation. I just wanna ask a quick question to understand clearly. If my cascode current mirror has all the MOSFETs working in saturation mode and I am not considering the modulation of the channel, in order to raise the output resistance, should I just focus on the W/L ratio of the MOSFETs? In particular, if I am not wrong, I should probably increment the W of the MOSFETs, right? Please correct me if I am wrong

1:00 cz ur roi=infinite so rout=ro || roi = ro . So gain is gm* ro When current mirror comes the gain reduceed to gm* (ro1||ro2)

sir in the video I see that your voltage is varied +-(2v) to (3v) current is same but when i am doing simulation in lt-spice when I vary my voltage Vd3 +-(0.5v) to (1v) it's current change drastically what should I do now, how I share my simulation thing?

What is the channel length modulation parameter? Please check the value of lambda (λ) of the MOSFET that you have used during the simulation. You can mail me if required. you will find the email id in the about section.
