Mashallah, very good video. I am currently 9:25 mins into the video and have enjoyed it so far. Note: I agree with your understanding of the word "Istiwaa" when it comes to the Throne of Allah. But if I were you, I would only use sentences such as the following: "He established Himself upon the Throne" "He positioned Himself upon the Throne" "He ascended upon the Throne" "He rose upon/above the Throne" All of the above sentences are the most respectful when describing the act of taking the seat of the Throne. You might say that "Allah sat upon the Throne", and sitting is not a sign of weakness. However, I am sure there are better ways to describe this act using terminologies from languages we are familiar with. The act of "sitting" when used for Allah, must have an alternative word which essentially means the same thing but is far more dignified and respectful that we are not aware of. We have absolutely no clue what language the Almighty speaks with his angels and other heavenly creatures, but that language could be an ancient language which was used from Day 1 of creation, and probably the most expressive and precise.

If i may i'd like to disagree on one major assumption of yours. You repeatedly mention that the six days are in reference to the Throne , and you skip the Kursi which is encompassed by the throne. I believe the 6 days are 6 Kursi days (6 universe days) and at the throne there is no time or space. This is like saying six days in earth are six Sun days, no! six days in earth is relative to itself not to the sun. Same goes to Kursi and the throne, the universe time is relative to the Kursi. The time and space is within the Kursi only. Also, i don't think it is proper to say Allah SWT is living by seconds or days or years, to him TIME is NOTHING, it is something he has created, so he is not bound by time itself. And btw, ISTWA doesn't necessary translate to SIT, it is most likely translated to the English word Ascend. It could mean RULE or OVERRIDE.
