So true the truth always hurts I myself don't think that the Jamaican football team is not ready, they just not ready at an international level. It is very embarrassed to watch they play 😮

Listening to what Skill Cole he is perfectly right, I been watching Skill Cole from in the 1960s schoolboy football. The most time I saw Skill Cole playing football is by the Dynamic oval, because I useto lived on Camperdow Road and 2 of my neighbour's was playing for Santos, so I useto walked through Franklyn and go by the field. So I know what skill Cole is saying is all true, he is a few years older than me.I know the days in Jamaica 🇯🇲 the major league football was the highest in Jamaica 🇯🇲, only played in the corporate area and. The rual parishes them useto played D cup,they useto division1 two and 3 .Then in 1973 before the national Craven'a cigarette competition started and, it was only one rual team could make it. It was a team from St,Ann's Bay named Brazil 🇧🇷 with Milo the star 🌟 ⚽ baller from St Ann's Bay .Just like what you hear Skill Cole is talking, that you cannot tell the younger generation in Jamaica nothing at all. Since KZbin channel came in, one You Tuber was trying to tell me about English football and, I told him. That I been watching it since 1964 before he was born, so he needs to shut up. I lived in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 for a while and my city have 2 teams, that played in the premier league.

JPL players playing at international level has no upside staying in the JPL and that is why those in the USL and MSL EPL, EFL and other leagues around the world are there. I would love for that time to arrive when we can pick a team and overseas based players have to fight like crazy to make the team. I am hopeful. Grace and Peace. Blessings.

Such a legendary Jamaican footballer and never been asked to be a part of the football federation is poor and to show you how the system is corrupt, the people that are in charge of the football federation never play the sports a day in their lives they’re farmers, plumbers, engineers, electricians, Mason and doctors who run JFF in Jamaica, so will never go back to the World Cup and the players meeting each other for the first time, the day before match 😂😂😂

They not good enough, you really think local base players can go play against a European or south American team? We don't have any basic training equipment, local players can only play against Grenada and those teams, Alan skill cole is living in ancient past, for you want to use cavaliers player to play against Argentina is the biggest joke the world would see, Brazil have billions in USA in training facility, Jamaica don't even have 10k usd equipment to develop local players

The homegrown players play with more determination and more passion because they were all raised in Jamaica. England players will never ever have the passion to play for Jamaica because they were raised in England.

They can even get a friendly with a top team using local players, it's a lot of behind the scenes, you bring in a mason greenwood, you have a well known coach , now a Portugal can say ok let's play a friendly, ok lets make a run now for the world cup, and then hopefully it inspire young talent, we see Dixon got sign in england,

Seems to be the quality of the JPL and the JPL players that need to be developed first, before being considered for the national team ..

I understand Mr. Coke’s argument. I also believe that we have at least 2 or 3 players who could be in the notional set up. However Mr. Cole need to admit the fact that the standard is very low compared to the standard overseas. Yes time effort and a target date needs to be set for the advancement of the local plates to meet international standards. There is no team top heavy with local players that can reach this coming World Cup.

I spoke about too many foreign players in the Jamaica 🇯🇲 national team and I, was challenged by some of novice KZbinrs who does not know nothing about football. If the Jff management is trying to packed up the team with mostly foreign players and, they are not trying to enhanced the local players them. I want to know how these local players is going to develop their skills, if they doesn't get the type of exposure they needed. I was born and grew up in Jamaica 🇯🇲 just like Skill Cole and, been to every parish and. We know that there are certain kinds of prejudices against some people, if you smoke Ganja. Jamaica 🇯🇲 have one of the biggest classism problems, that is plaguing the nation. It is going on for decades and, it is getting worse in Jamaica 🇯🇲. It is syndicates of them over the years is plotting against skill Cole,from being apart of the Jamaica 🇯🇲 coaching staffs. Just like what they did to Walter Boyd about his behaviour, only because you speak up for your rights. You become a public enemy to the JFF management, they are behaving very erratic. Like they are the most educated people in Jamaica 🇯🇲, and nobody can tell them anything in life.
