I find that sweating over and over again in one day is what makes my skin break out! Like when I go on long hikes or walk around in a hot city for a long time and can’t rinse my face off for a while. The Italian diet doesn’t help either lol, but just providing my two cents in terms of skin stuff.

Also just my two cents but just wanted to mention maybe trying a hypochlorous acid spray if you haven’t! Tower 28 and Prequel skin do great ones! Really easy to just spray on when you can’t wash your face immediately and help with breakouts!

Spring and fall are actually pretty rainy here in tuscany. The only good months are march and April. We've actually been talking about moving just for the climate, it is unbereable most of the year - eventhough the city always looks beautiful. My favourite thing is just walking along the lungarno enjoying the sunset. Oh, he jewelleries on ponte vecchio are legit, that is all real gold!

I love Firenze! I lived there for 5 months and remember all the locals would disappear in August to escape the heat. You and Dan should definitely go back when it's cooler. I remember May was a lovely time there.

I was in Florence, and other Mediterranean locations in June and nearly died of the heat! My Florence day was 38°, heat stroke almost and much needed gelatos! The hottest was Greece, the plains of hell I tell ya! I would go back tomorrow. No questions, lol
