The Makeup by Mario sticks actually have a little brush hidden in the other end! I think that’s what you were hearing rattling around in there haha. It’s actually removable for cleaning too which I really appreciate!!

My husband surprised me w the makeup by Mario highlighter in pearl. I passed on it at Sephora but I ended up loving it!! I also have similar skin tone as you 💕. No chalkiness and no oil slick pearlescent finish either. A perfect beautiful glow 🥰

You are right about that no. 7 powder. Annoying since Canada had Boots/No 7 products before the US but I guess we’re a smaller market. Love the creamy look of the Mario stick on you!

Not sure if you already did because I know this was prefilmed but by far my fav Natasha Denona product are the chroma crystal top coats!!!! So underrated and not talked about! I use them by themselves and my two favs are definitely nude and full metal bronze (grey brown is a slightly distant 3rd fav for a more cool toned look). You would love, they are very you.

I had a color match fail yesterday! but I didn't realize it until I already rubbed a bunch on my face and I had to just keep going because I was running so late. So at my doctors appointment it was a waiting room full of adorable pregnant ladies and me the oompa loompa in the corner lol

Love the whole of this look 😍. I picked up the Zendo palette last week, after much thought, and glad I did because I absolutely love it! Another CT dupe I’ve heard from other videos is the Flower Beauty light illusion perfecting powder or Covergirl clean fresh powder. Might be more accessible for you. I can’t get No7 here in NZ either. Only tried the FB so I can’t compare 😅

You NEED to try Nabla Skin Realist, I hope it’s available in Canada… it’s a tinted balm with hyaluronic acid particles that expand after application and plump up the face! It gives a glass skin finish and it’s such a pleasure to blend with your hands. If you get it and love it thank me later 😘

I think the shaking sound in the makeup by Mario sculpt sticks is that there are face brushes on the other end if the product. I saw raw beauty Kristi do a review. Hope that helps!! Love your channel ❤

We have very similar skin (acne prone, sensitive) so I wanted to offer a suggestion, if you haven’t considered this already: I have noticed that my skin is very reactive to Shea butter and it’s derivatives. When I looked up the skin food I noticed that it has Shea butter! A lot of “clean” primers seem to use this ingredient as a sub for dimethicone, (in particular I loved the good molecules one, but OMG did I break out!!) Just a thought as to something that may be causing your repetitive breakouts 🧡

I love the eye look! I think the Pat McGrath black coffee eyeliner you used before would've looked better - good to know the Patrick Ta breaks off like that. I was really impressed by the Makeup by Mario products, especially the stick bronzer/contour. I felt like the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer enhanced texture but luckily the other products made up for it. I felt like the lips and cheek color didn't match the eyes though. Have you tried the Lancôme skin feels good? It reminds me of this tinted moisturizer but has a bit more coverage. The colour range is horrible tho

I really would have loved to see you apply the ND items that were the wrong shade... which happens to all of us. It would be fun to see how you could mix and add other products to make them work. I loved this video! Not that I was too concerned about the full face of natasha denona thing cos the only way I would pay prices like that, would probably be for pat McGrath products. I haven't splurged like that yet tho... Also really feel you on the seemingly immortal patch of zits, I have a very similar patch in the same area, but mine extends downwards to the jaw/neck area. Tis very annoying.
