You should have a checklist of all the items/categories you need: workout wear, event outfits, sleepwear/casual room wear/ hair tools hair products protein powders,etc, chargers(most are cheap, have a duplicate in your carryone and the one at home. I try to keep a few duplicate items in my suitcase to make packing calmer. I always pack a backup outfit in my carry-on black bottoms, neutral top, bathing suit, basic face cream or your can't do without (contacts).

This! I don’t travel as much as Allana, but I do need to pack for a trip at least 5-6 times a year. I’ve kept a checklist on my phone of all the things I need for every trip. Then a few days before I pack, I review the list and add anything I need for that specific trip. It still takes me a long time to decide on outfits and makeup lol. But I have peace of mind knowing I didn’t forget anything!

I feel your pain in the packing department. My parents travel all over the world, and they can't understand what my problem is. It's like as soon as I go to pack, my mind shuts off; and forget about it if there's going to be uncertain weather, let the over packing begin. I have even made a list on my phone, of all the essentials I need to pack. It includes everything except clothes, and I still struggle. There's no hope.
