I bought mine brand new and have been using it for 4 days, but the touch screen has become less and less responsive that some area of the screen nit working. Try restart it and no use, any help?

what type of watch band does it take? What bands do work for the watch?

Probably all standard 22mm bands, butt I don't have the watch any more, hence I can't double-check

How accurate is the heart rate tracking feature when compared to medical technology?

Sorry IDK, but I would never ever rely on such a watch for accurate heart rate tracking. Not even with a $300 Wear OS or Apple watch ... they are just not accurate ... not even close. They can only give you some rough indication

There is a watch. Model f57l that has an amazing app with hband. Was my favorite watch. I had it for a year, but my band broke. My hubby tried to get one to fit by drilling . Needles say it didn't work.

Sorry can't really remember. Most of the IDW watches I've tested have been really good. The first one I've tested was the IDW 15. You can find the video on my channel ;-)))
