Good video on the basic function. I wanted to see if we could lift the back of the lid to clean inside. Mine came only with a written manual and no diagram of the parts and how to clean them.

I fill up a large Tupperware and store ice in the freezer. And keep this on. I always have more then enough ice now.

That little basket in the front can come out and water goes inside that. I found if the basket is empty, you can just pour water through it.
