you can help me? the board need to power the encoder with 12V, but, i can't read 12V from encoder board on inversor, what the problem?

Check the output compatibility with the encoder.

1.What is the purpose of A- and B- signals on an encoder? 2. If i have ordinary encoder with just A+ and B+ signals(without A- and B-), then i can't connect it to the Powerflex VFD, because i will get error 91? Thanks for video, Tim.

You can connect "single ended" or only A/B signals to a Powerflex 525. That is an overcurrent condition. That means that your motor is pulling more amps than it should. Chances are you have a mechanical bind or your motor is going bad.
