How do you save a certain scene to be the default one when you log into your user?

Hi There, when I changing scenes, the I/O routing stays the same. When I made in scene 1 a stereo channel for IP 7&8, and go to another scene where I wanted to have 2 mono channels for IP7 and IP8. The I/O does not change. What is the correct way to save that in a scene ?

@@ericvantellingen8648 Hi Eric, The Mono/Stereo Setup is saved on Showfile Level, not in a scence. You can not change the mono/Stereo setup from scene to scene. The input to the Individual channels can be changed from scene to scene.

What do you use the scene function for? Some examples please?

Hi Mark, when I´m mixing in my university of music it works like so: the band comes for a basic soundcheck. Then every song of the setlist gets one or two minutes. The band members tell me their monitor wishes and I make adjustments for the PA. Then I safe the a scene with the name of the song. After that I repeat the procedure with all the other songs. Because I record the soundcheck, I have the possiblity to check my settings (after soundcheck and before the crowd gets in) via virtual soundcheck. Hope that helps, Cheers!

Thanks Andre, That makes sense, clever way of working. Do you also work with different shows in the SQ? Or only with scenes? Also, just out of curiousity, how did you setup your layers A-B-C-D-E-F? Mark

What about saving scenes on USB, and then manipulating it. For example you have 2 USB with different scenes on each card. How to see contents if you switch usb cards?

Hi Vitalij, ich versuche natürlich soviele Zuschauer wie möglich zu erreichen. Deswegen Englisch. Aber ich könnte mir auch vorstellen, dass auf Deutsch zu machen, falls es mehrere interessiert. Vielleicht probierst Du bis dahin die automatische Untertitel Übersetzung aus. Die Übersetzung ist nicht perfekt, reicht aber für vieles aus.
