Thank you for your thorough review of this. I am in my second plantar fasciitis flare up currently. I was able to “fix” the first incident when I went to a PT and they mimic what this device do weekly for 2 years! So I am confident to say this tool will help me for the current flare up. I have tried so many things and nothing has been able to help as much as what the PT did that I am hoping this gadget would achieve the same thing (but way cheaper! 😆) I got target ads from this company on this gadget and was looking for a honest review before I buy. While I can only really compare this to a golfball as I haven’t tried the little spiky balls but I think this is better because it allows for scraping which you can’t accomplish with a ball that moves. Would love for a PT or OT to comment.

Will this help get rid of long term plantar fasciitis? I’ve had it for months now but I’m ok in the morning it really just flared when I walk

@@jessa.3857 no I used it for a little bit and then forgot about it. Foot sleeves help but also stretching out your calf is the number one thing that has helped the most

yea the theragun is good, but does it more then a physiotherapist does?...

Personally I don’t think a Theragun can accomplish soft tissue manipulation in the same way.

The Theragun is good for larger muscle groups but it won't provide the pinpoint, deep, targeted pressure that this device does. Having tried the Theragun, and lacrosse ball, this blows both away for my foot pain.
