It's so sad that they removed the soft attachment. I had the previous model and I loved it because I used the soft attachment for my head. It actually helped me relieve stress. It's pretty sad they removed it.

Don't know if you're going to see this, but your comment about martial arts prompted me to write this. I think I do have an illio-psoas problem but my pain spot is different. From a standing position, lift one knee to 90° perpendicular to the floor, my pain spot is right at the fulcrum of my thigh & my body. In other words, it is closer to my groin than to my upper hip bone. I don't know if I'm explaining correctly. I got this pain from repeated leg lifts & kicking. Is that the illio-psoas muscle & can this thing help me?

I am using the Calopad instead. It’s a product from Switzerland and works so well.

I have the jet boots but I won’t be replacing them with these. The prep time is just too long on these. Love that it has more air zone but it seems to only come in one size fit all compared to the jet boots.

How does it feel on the shoulders, chest, and back? You were doing program B so it would take some time to get to proximal part of the cycle. I was hoping you felt more later in the cycle? Do you think the larger size would be better for you so the unit would cover more of your hand when it is inflated? Seeing the back and front side of the unit when it is completely inflated would be helpful to see the amount of coverage it has on your chest and back. Thanks,

Customer service and support I Believe are a black hole. Followed their directions and all info requewts. Received their RMA. Set my unit in over a month ago They received it. Shipping and replacement in 2 days. Never set me tracking, Shipping and nor replacement never sent Anything. And now they stop responding to emails $600. Now I'm out the $600 and I don't have the massager No end in sight. I become more more leery of anybody that offers A product or service And doesn't have a track record and, And doesn't have a track record and, and a phone number. All I have now Is an appointment for an MRI tomorrow for torn hamstring!

hello I bought normatec 2.0 . When It‘s adding air to one area, it doesn’t add it all the way in at once, but add it in and out repeatedly taking more then 5min for 1cycle . Is this normal?

Another great review and as someone that is looking for a new set of compression boots this video of both wireless boots is really useful and helped me make my mind up. Like you say the Normatec do seem to out perform the Therabody boots in 3 out of the 5 categories and i suspect the difference in price is simply because the jet boots have been on the market for 2 years already so have had time to come down in price. The Normatec look more comfortable as that huge pump on the jet boots looks and feels awkward and i can imagine that pump would be constricting the foot more so due to it being a solid base where the Normatec is just fabric so has more flexibility in the foot.

I just bought one and it arrived today. They must have changed things because now it is just the hip hook in the box and that’s it. No more carrying case or manual. There’s a QR code to scan to get the manual.

Do you feel that the highest level compression of the elite is comparable to the Normatec 3s?

I have Normatec 3 at the moment. If the pressure is the same and the mechanic is the same, I think we need to think about if the battery goes bad, how will this be replaced? For Normatec 3 you can always just replace the main unit or connect to power cable as its not mobile anyway.
