We can’t just pick and choose- biggio, bagwell, piazza, thome are in HOF- there were rumors about them- if you’re Great you should be in- to not have bonds, Clemons, Ramirez, and Rodriguez in HOF is ridiculous and makes baseball HOF a joke

DJ is my all time favorite player and I know he’s gotta protect the fraternity or whatever, but BONDS used steroids, the balco documentary confirmed that- he also used “the clear”, this is confirmed as well. Also aside from the juice, he was a legendary horrible human being and teammate. Made Ty Cobb look like Mr rogers. Bonds is where he needs to be, at home reflecting on his bad decisions
@toomuchdrivetothrive6 ай бұрын
People should read the Balco book because it explains why Bonds started juicing. He was at the MLB all star game in Japan in 2000. He saw all these average players on the juice creeping up to his numbers, so he started cycling to show that they were not at his level. it worked. His numbers went off the charts from 2001 to 2004. It is the same with Lance Armstrong.

Oddly enough Barry Bonds probably would be in the Hall of Fame if he had signed with the Braves in 1993, especially when you consider he was almost traded there in 1992.

Other baseball players that had unreal talent to be a special baseball player such as Ken Griffty jr..Derek Jetter..Nolan Ryan..and so on..they didnt need some illegal substance to elebate there game..Bonds however was a skinny guy fir the Pirates..when he went to Gaints and the guy just got big fast..turn his flyballs he had for Pirates into homeruns for Gaints..if you did any kind of enhance to improve your game illegally such as Bonds did so no he does not go to Hall of Fame

DJ nailed it when he said Rose and Bonds will get in when they're dead. The hall definitely wants those names in but they aren't about to give either of them a live microphone at the ceremony.

Steroids followed Nolan Ryan. Nobody speaks on it. Go look at it. Barry Bonds is the best hitter ever. I was in college baseball in 03-06.. ppl was juicing.. if i could have got to AA. I wood have😂😂
@Unlitedsoul6 ай бұрын
“I was pull college in 03-06.” Yet you struggle to formulate sentences, and you don’t know the difference between “wood” and “would”. You wouldn’t even be allowed on a college campus. Get out of here with this BS. Oh, and Nolan was not once accused of steroid use. Not one single time. In fact, Tom House has stated that he tried to get Nolan to use them, and Nolan threatened to report him for it.

What I hate is that people who never played and probably couldn’t even throw a baseball or swing a bat are the ones voting. I think former major league players should vote because they understand what it takes to be a major league player. Big Mac should be in too and Sammy Sosa Manny Ramirez and countless others from that great era Albert Belle Sheffield on and on
@chickenfkeryay6 ай бұрын
Bonds had a chance to get in 2 years ago. It was his first year after 10 years on the writters ballot and his contemporaries did NOT vote him in and it wasnt close. 12 player vote and he needed 9, i believe his total was less then 3. The voters were all players who played against him and they played him a lot. There were 4 braves that voted and thats how mcgrif got elected to the hof. Even the other players dont like him. Personally i vote him in and its a crime. Selig is in the hof, let that sink in.

The problem is The Hypocrisy, by either by MLB, or Media. Especially if you have certain players that are in HOF that tested positive or names are on the list. It should be straight forward. Same regulations for each player versus favoritism.
