You need to do a lease episode explaining how that works. Who owns the land lease, what costs are involved, etc.

For the couple, i would pick the 2nd house, it was the most value for money in terms of price and space. The money left over can be use for a lick of paint and little updates. For the 2nd house hunter, i would prefer the 1st house with the big spacious kitchen
