from what I've seen Allianz, F&G, North American and national life all have good IULs. Another good person to check out is James barber aka Oregon Cashflow Pro on KZbin

How much commission are we really about that the agent misses out on when doing option B? 100’s or 1000’s of dollars? The transparency of what agents earn is not like the lending industry. This clearly needs to change. The more transparency offered by choice instead of having to pass another freaking law to require them to do so is something that I believe everyone would benefit by. The agent would instill more trust with clients and write more successful policies. This is what you’re doing, just awesome!

Trent, it's absolutely critical to work with an honest agent. As an agent myself, I always transparently state my commission, even educate clients about it because it forces you to explain the value proposition of the cash max accumulation IUL with lowest DBs, and they walk away happy about being informed clients getting tons of benefits.

Here is some really good advise- Get a minimum of 5 ( yes I said 5 ) attorneys to read your contracts and read it your self and ask a lot of questions. Nothing like getting screwed by Insurance company - They did not get to be one of the largest industries in the United States without making huge amount of money out of you pocket. There are a lot of (IF's) in the wording of the contract. There is nothing like finding out you have been screwed after paying on a policy for 10 or 20 years. GOOD LUCK

The income that can be taken out tax free at the end is based on S&P and the Indexes correct? So the 6.90% return over the life of the policy would be $117k, if it was only a 6% return it would be $99k, and only a 5% return it would be $63k. Do these returns include fees ? Because those returns are low - unless they are guaranteed returns - then that is great. Now in the stock market, historically, it is 8% on average. So the extra 1.10% you pay to get the 6.90% in the best case scenario would net you $117k tax free. This is also assuming that you can take the indexed loan out at a 5% rate while your principal is getting the 6.80% so you can benefit from positive arbitrage. Am I understanding this correctly? If so there seems to be a lot of "if this then that". Not trying to be negative as I am interested in an IUL and booked a discovery call, however there seems to be a lot of "if this then that" policy.

What is your opinion on suncor financials product named MPI that uses an IUL then takes out policy loans and puts them back in to create multiple buckets to make interest off of. Essentially a leveraging system to increase returns, the more buckets and the more positive years the spread between the interest made and the loan interest increases cash value. It's a little more complex than that but wanted to know if you were familiar with the product and how it relates to the allianz product. In this situation it appears the loan strategy isn't being used. Looking forward to your insight.

Good review video! How come every video comes with bashing agents trying to "criminally" push death benefit up? lol Also, can you please let us know why the required premium for Allianz LifePro+ is so high compared to Trans or Nationwide?
@CashValueLifeInsuranceReviews2 жыл бұрын
I would say that 85% of the policies that we review are designed poorly. It needs to be said that most agents are either under educated on these products, or they are interested in high commissions. What do you mean by required premium? that typically depends on how you design the policy, not really the carrier.

What are your thoughts on the LASER fund by Doug Andrews? He's an advocate on option A and over funding the policy to keep the fees lower later in the policy
@CashValueLifeInsuranceReviews3 жыл бұрын
Overfunding? Yes. In terms of option A vs. option B: it depends on the situation. There is a specific blend of both options that make for the best design for cash growth.
@muhammadsubhani74203 жыл бұрын
I am reading a lot of Doug Andrew's work diving into the "Section I Nuts and Bolts" of LASER fund as we speak haha. Depends on the situation really. For example, it showed that for a younger client contributing a long time with many annual premiums, it makes sense to start with increasing DB then switch to fixed DB later for lower internal policy costs.

Is global Atlantic lifetime builder elite a good IUL for cash value accumulation?
@Ennoble13 жыл бұрын
Hi, I am a life insurance broker, we present most of the A rating companies out there, It really depends on your age, and your family situation, Global Atlantic Lifetime builder elite product might not be the best for cash value accumulation, their Foundation Elite product has more advantage for the older customers has limited fund but want a good DB coverage. Hope this helps.
@mattmill71304 жыл бұрын
Hi Matthew, so creating a GOOD policy is basically just selecting an increasing DB?
@psykobot4 жыл бұрын
Generally if most efficient cash value accumulation then income is what you're looking for, start with increasing DB and max fund the policy, then switch to level DB once premiums stop.
@muhammadsubhani74203 жыл бұрын
Especially if you are younger contributing for a long timeframe, increasing DB then switching to fixed DB later for lower policy costs is a smart play.

For this IUL product, do you recommend guaranteed or nonguaranteed?
@CashValueLifeInsuranceReviews4 жыл бұрын
What do you mean by this?
@muhammadsubhani74203 жыл бұрын
Swyft, if you're asking about principal protection, IUL is good for that. VUL can be invested in markets so it can take on risk. There aren't "guarantees" per se aside from some rare carriers that are newly offering IUL with guaranteed lifetime income riders, which is interesting. But IUL doesn't have guarantees unlike Whole Life, pros and cons of both.
