Hey beautiful!! Wow so much to say!! You are braver than me getting in multiple days’ worth of training into one 😂 you are built of strong stuff! Spencer’s 100% right: you’d disappear into the distance and over the horizon running alongside me! 🏃♀️👋✨ we all have our strengths and if those were your first tries of some of the movements then they looked a whole lot cleaner than mine! I adored what you said at the end about challenging those rules in your head 👏👏 I hope you never stop challenging them, way beyond health and fitness 🤍

Hello! Thank you so much for being here and for everything that you do for the fitness and wellness space. I have loved watching your content and have felt so inspired by you. Can I say I love Natasha? Is that appropriate? She looks so… I don’t know, don’t have the words… and yet she’s a hardcore athlete. Three hours on a stationary bike? How do you even do that without falling asleep or poking yourself in the eye with a sharp stick because that would be preferably over being so incredibly bored. Thanks for putting together this video Allie, I’ll be mixing in some of these exercises in my work-out today too (not the three-hour stationary bike ride). Now let me see, I think we have some tofu in the freezer. It’s lunch time!

@@crookedarrow3535 LOL! Reminds me of the time I had to do a six-hour trainer ride during Ironman training because we got a very-late season cold/snowy day. I put in Lord of the Rings and that's how I managed to get through it, but I'm pretty sure part of my soul died that day.

I so appreciated your great words of wisdom that "we need to normalize female fitness influencers talking about bowel movements!" I believe of all of your subscribers, I would be #1 on the list for approving of your great insights on that topic; having shared with you of what I did to my poor running bud who endured 2 1/2 miles of extreme gastric duress in the absolute middle of nowhere, for which I sprinted ahead to have the bartender tell him that the only bathrooms within 4 miles were broken, locked, and that he didn't even have the key! The expression on my best friend's face...priceless! You should do that to Spencer sometime! When I saw the green pancakes (which apparently were quite tasty as you are an excellent chef) they reminded me of these blueberry pancakes my ex-wife made an eon ago. God bless her, she was trying to please me, but she had a huge plate of pancakes that were about 10 inches in diameter, and they were green! If they were supposed to be green then call them greenberry pancakes! Believe me, I was scared! I very nervously took the first bit, and literally it was like she warmed up a Goodyear tire! I couldn't chew it, and I could barely get it down. I know that she cooked these things out of love and caring (or in hopes of a payout from my life insurance policy!) so I am chewing and chewing and chewing, and pouring on syrup. It took me 15 minutes to finish one pancake, and my stomach felt like I had eaten a concrete block with blueberry syrup on it. So I thanked her for all that she did, and was getting up, and she says..."well, don't you want another? I cooked all morning for you!" So true story....I sat back down, experiencing sheer gastronomic misery, but thankfully she had left the kitchen table. So I took 3/4 of that pancake, and tossed it to the cat, and he wouldn't eat it either! So I wrapped it up in paper towel, stuffed it in my pocket, and eventually snuck out to the dumpster. Thus, when I saw green pancakes on your video, I had a terror filled flashback! BTW the chicken gyros...nicely done! I hope you are recovered from your shin splints, or if you aren't there yet, I hope you get there really soon. Sending great wishes for you to be training and setting more PR's this year.
