I appreciate this video so much and all your videos of a full face of nothing new. I spend an unbelieveable amount of money on makeup & beauty products in general. I'm a makeup junkie but I have realized that I am throwing money in the trash because I hardly use the stuff I have buy or I may use it once or twice & dont touch it for a long time. I looked at my makeup collection the other day & I was so overwhelmed. Please continue to make these videos. Love you, Allie! You are the only KZbinr that I drop everything I'm doing to watch! God bless you! 💜💜💜 P.S Maybe you should do a 30 day (or longer) challenge of not buying any makeup or beauty products. & at the end of the challenge, we can send in videos, pictures or tweets of the products we used up or hit pan on & you can do a full face of the products that we used up (choosing ones that you havent used up yourself & that you already own & didnt have to go out & purchase). Maybe even go back to the past month & see how much money you spent yourself on products & show us how much money was worth it & the money you wasted on other products you may have not liked or gave any attention to. So glad you’re doing this. My makeup collection was already insane and this past year I went way overboard and I just can’t continue doing that. One day I want this...the next day that, and before I know it, there are a 100+ other products out there calling to me! I love love love your channel and tutorials and with the new way of showing us new ways to use things we already own, life/makeup and my pocketbook will be much happier. I prefer this sort of videos because that way I can use my old makeup instead of being overwhelmed by the new releases. Every single day a new product it's released and I can't and won't buy any other makeup until I finish the ones I have. It’s funny because when I first started wearing eyeshadow I used to bring my inner corner color further in like that and I hadn’t thought about doing that again until Allie started trying it. I like how you can use it to almost create a faux cut crease because it defines the edge of the lid shade.

TL;DR Stopped watching makeup videos for years, my opinion on the community changing When I was 16 I started following the makeup community and fell in love with makeup. At the time Makeup Geek, Miss chievious and Michelle Phan were the big names, Nikkie was just starting up, I remember subscribing at 55K or something. At the time you could hardly find reviews, everyone was basically using the same Zoeva 88 pan eyeshadow and a little more. Then with university and all, I stopped following the community for years, sticking to what I learned and the products I had. When my boyfriend asked me to marry him in 2018, I decided to jump back on board to get some tips for my bridal makeup. OMG, most of the influencers I loved stopped making videos, and there were so many new people I didn't know the first thing about. What I noticed immediately was that the tutorials were almost gone, replaced by reviews, new launches, etc. It was different and overwhelming for a while. Then I found out about the drama and all of that. it was hard because it was so different from the community I used to know and love, but I grew to love many new influencers, such as Allie ofc. I'm beyond glad people some influencers want to scale back things and use the products they love. I'm giddy at the sight of "project pan" and such. I haven't bought much since I started following the community again, but I sure felt compelled to many times. Keep digging out old makeup, find the joy of getting to do 20 looks with the same palette. I like what you're doing Allie, and wish you a happy and successful 2020
