I'd be really interested to see a full face of some of the lesser hyped drugstore brands, like Rimmel, Almay, or Marcelle! I never see anyone talking about them even though they're everywhere, and some of the first makeup I ever owned was from those brands, including an Almay brow pencil that I looooved 😍

@pomelosherbet Where are you based? I’m in Canada and thought Marcelle was a Canadian brand and that’s why we don’t see KZbinrs using it. I had a cream to powder foundation from them 25 years ago. It was the first time I ever found a shade match for my light golden olive skin tone, so I loved it. The formula was really nice too, but I don’t like things so full coverage or matte these days (and I don’t think they make it anymore). I am curious about their other products though. I don’t buy them because I don’t know if they’re good or not. It would be great to see some product reviews!

OMG, I've been using the maybelline skin tint for about a week now and I love it!!! I was an Este Lauder double wear user for years and could never be happy with any other foundation, I started using this and its now my holy grail and it does stay all day long:) It has a very light feel on the skin, but it makes my skin feel so natural and silky!!! Maybelline has a lot of fantastic products…a few of my faves are the lifter glosses particularly the new shade Peach Ring, the instant age rewind concealer, color sensational nude lipstick in blushing beige is better than high end and their mascaras are the bomb!!! My fave products are for sure the pressed powder (I looove to use it to carve out my cheek under my bronzer at the end of my makeup routine. Like a quick bake). I also looooove layering maybelline sky high mascara with L’Oréal Bambi mascara. Lashes look like falsies times 3. Trust me on that one. Lastly maybelline lifter gloss and the vinyl ink are my fave lips from them. I have almost every shade of each. Big maybelline girl here.

My #1 ride or die foundation of all brands is the Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation 💯 I also use the Sky High mascara as a base coat before going in with It Superhero. It does a good job of separating. I also have been trying out the Tattoo Studio Brow Styling Gel. Works great, but I'm still trying to pinpoint the best application without it being too much! Maybelline has my holy grail setting spray! It’s their lasting fix and it is in a pink bottle with black lid. I thought it was being discontinued for a minute but I think it’s staying! I have seen it all over now like Walmart, Meijer, Amazon. It’s like $8 and it really makes a difference for me in melting my makeup together and helping it last all day. The 4-in-1 perfector, superstay skin tint, fit me loose powder and that setting spray are perfection for me and what I’m wearing right now. I have three small kids who really test my makeup and I’m always impressed how perfect it still looks at the end of the day! *I’m 33 with normal to oily skin with some hormonal breakouts.*
