Desire and passion are colors that make great year-round neutrals for medium olive tones. I don't wear makeup often enough to justify high-end prices. Milani always comes through with unique, flattering shades.

I love all of them. I miss wearing lipstick so much. I can only wear it when I make my videos, because I have to wear a mask 8 hrs a day. I miss wearing a full face of makeup. I only do my eyes, so that’s why I do so many different colors and looks every day. People can’t wait to see me at work to see what eye look or outfit I’m going to wear, especially one of my supervisors.

@@jchowlikescats I sold almost everything. It felt good to declutter. And it all went to people who will love it and actually use it, rather than it wasting away on my shelves. I kept like 10 small palettes that I actually use and only about a 3rd of my lipsticks. I had more stuff than I could ever wear in a lifetime even if we were able to wear full faces. It just was too much that I'd get overwhelmed when I'd try to pull a look together. Now everything that I have in NY makeup collection I actually truly LOVE. Edit: plus, I made a far chunk of change that I really needed. I had a lot of palettes that were limited edition etc. I'm so glad I did it. Total win-win for everyone

you’re wearing the wrong lip products, if you’re getting transfer. Don’t let wearing a mask stop you from wearing a moisturizing lippy. if you have a transfer problem, pick a colour you like from a quality, no transfer formula.

I was just rewatching one of your wedding makeup tutorials before this video posted (I LOVE rewatching your wedding makeup tutorials over and over and over) and I was thinking. I love your makeup bags, I have multiples of all the sizes in the original color and I want to pick up the pink shade too, but I think it would be super cool for you to add a mirror to your merch that fits with your makeup bags that says “assess the situation”. Allie! I got one to try, in the shade "Passion", and I'm already head over heels about it! I can see myself making this one my #1 for the colder seasons, in the same way "Touch of Spice" from Maybelline was my go-to autumn and winter lipstick in years past. "Passion" is more brown and more burnt red (Touch of Spice is more mauve and more berry) but they both have that je ne sais quoi quality of being apparent while being muted. I love it! Thanks for the video! (I might order "Secret" and mix both shades!)

I'm a brunette with cool, fair skin. My natural lip color is kind of unusual, I think. It's blue-based rosy lilac, so I definitely need more cool tones. I'm drawn to Passion and Sensual. I can't do the brown-based pink nude that flatters so many. It drains the color from my face. And I can't do light lip colors because they blend in with my fair skin tone and make me look like I have no lips. LOL I struggle finding a nude lip color. I'm more comfy with a medium to bold color. Never ceases to amaze me how different lipsticks will pull on different undertones. I'm a muted warm olive and Passion pulls super browny pinky-mauve on me, it looks like a dupe for KVD studded kiss Lolita, and Desire pulls straight up warmish brown with no red how it looks on you ☹️

J. Cats are my current favorite lipsticks. Very, very affordable. For my coloring and skin tone I don't do much in the way of browns. Tend to go for clear cool tones. Haven't tried blending colors. Hmmmmm . . .
