My thoughts are with you and your father Rob. My dad had prostate cancer and has been in remission for about 10 years. You've been like a father to a lot of people through your KZbin channel. Your love of fishing and hunting is so infectious. I live in Clearwater, and had never really been fishing before. Your channel showed me an amazing world that's right under my nose that I never knew existed. When the pandemic started I had to figure out something to get out of the house. I started taking my kayak out to a bridge down the street that crosses the intercoastal. I went out fishing there almost every day the weather allowed after work. Probably 100 times that first year. I didn't know what I was doing at first and was happy to catch a catfish. Eventually I dialed it in though. Now I can throw a cast net, and catch mangrove snapper, sheepshead, and even the occasional keeper grouper. Fishing is a big part of my life now, but it wouldn't be without you.

Awesome video! And yes, once a gator gets around 8ft and has no fear of humans, they become very dangerous. Some years back at the big Box Ranch/Crove Co. pumps that sat on the St. Lucie waterway, there was a massive bull gator that would stalk us when we would go fishing there, and well, he poped up about 10 feet from my 6-year-old nephew that was down visiting, and at that moment I knew he had to go, so he took a 30 06 to the dome. he was 12ft 3in. I had to lock my truck in 4-wheel-drive to drag him up the bank. As you know, one that size can take a grown man off the canal bank.

Yea, I get the taste thing. I've had my taste messed up ever since. Absolutely adorable with her asking for a pocket knife.

I get that you’re doing this for the safety of the children, that’s totally valid, yet it’s still unfortunate to see that gators will probably never return to their original huge sizes because they become too dangerous when they get big.

So the other gators isn't a threat?

why do you care? Always complaining
@ShenardRossPhotography4 ай бұрын
@@bunnyhandler Clearly you don't know the meaning of complaining because we're simple asking a question for clarity. It's okay though, I know other slow & incompetent people, so just be happy you are not alone. Now STFU!!!

@@UncleSi1you literally play games and you think he a skinny guy? 😂 I’m from Cali and there is food everywhere. People are lazy here tbh. Only rarely do I see a very fit person. I am heavy but I bodybuild

Dude it’s the processed foods. Americans work all day and when they get home they would rather buy street food than cook. They also eat alot of sugars. I used to be with a Serbian woman and she never had much sugar. She used to buy organic vegetables and eat a lot but all of her food was her putting in the effort. She cooked a lot. I learned a lot from her. Best place to go is a once a week market where they sell fresh vegetables and honey and good milk.

….” He is NOT happy..” understatement of the year. I’m glad though that you ate the alligator and it didn’t go to waste.
