What I did on my boutique for cyber monday was 25% off sidewide, free US shipping over $25 and $10 shipping international, I forgot what I did for black friday, I think 35% off side wide. Also I give all my costumers hand written note with special coupon code for next purchase + a little gift. It was fun. My biggest sale will be new year, I cant wait. bdw, I watch your videos before launch my boutique and you dont know, but you have helped me a lot. THANK YOU.

When you purchase an item wholesale 99% of the time the item comes in a pack of 6. When I first started out I used to split the pack between the online store and my brick and mortar. Now I purchase many packs per style for my online store and usually 1-2 packs for my brick and mortar. 💕

As you know, I rarely buy clothes except for occasional Levis online or underwear. (Yes, I wear Levis Mens 511 which fit me perfectly.) But I would pay any price rather than go into any store on Black Friday. Just can't deal with the crowds. I know a lot of people love the chaos and saving money, but it's just not worth it to me. As a business owner, I'm sure you're glad that most people aren't like me. These are great tips for store owners, though.

Rachel Edwards I have a business and I just stand my ground. No discounts for anyone. Everyone pays the same price. I’m a dog groomer and not a boutique, but I always say that it’s no more or less work for me to groom friends dogs. You could use the same reason - inventory and all the behind the scenes work still costs you the same amount.

I started my online boutique over 2 years ago and no one in my family or friends asked me for discounts. I come from a family of entrepreneurs which may be why but people that I barely knew like from college would ask me and everyone knows, I don't do discounts lol just stand your ground like the previous person stated.
