Alli, please talk to us about how you buy merchandise. Do you suggest buying in small quantities? what does that really look like for new boutique owner? and if the item sells well, how fast can you restock, if you see that you purchased not enough? I would love to hear your thoughts on the whole purchasing and managing inventory. (BTW: I love your videos and how you share the information with us)

I have a question. Im not sure of u use shopify pos or not but if u do, is there a way to keep track of customers? Like a “loyalty member” app type of thing? Also does the system tell you if they’re a returning customer or not?? In store and online… like if they order multiple times will the system notify you?
