⭐please read ⭐ This was like the best trip I've been on in awhile 🥰 it was just so beautiful...I hope I was able to capture it in this video 🥺 I worked really hard on this video and had to filter through like 300 clips...so please give this some love if you enjoyed it, it would mean a lot!!!! In celebration of 10k, I'm going to be doing a Q&A video!!! So please let me know your questions down below! I'll also be making a community post and a story on my @allistudy instagram account next week for questions! Anything is okay as long as it's not weird or asking me when the borders open 😇 Next stop....100k 😎

That looks like a fun trip and the video is definitely showing that you’ve put a lot of work in it. It turned out really great and I enjoyed watching it a lot! It felt so peaceful and quiet, seeing all those beautiful places, and the music…just lovely! Very good job 👏🏻👍🏻

Such a beautiful video!! I loved seeing all the sakura and how shockingly empty Kyoto is right now. The kimono was lovely and I loved what they did to your hair. Glad you had fun! Congrats on reaching 10k!! You definitely deserve the attention, your videos just keep getting prettier every week. I still remember when you had only 300 subs and your videos were already gorgeous. For the Q&A: Will you tell us a little about your current job? You talk about school a lot but not much about work and I'm curious if you like working at an independent language school and how it compares to JET. If you don't want to talk about that, could you talk about how you manage your time and stress between working and being in grad school? Since you're in grad school, which visa are you currently on and how does it work? Looking forward to the video!

soo pretty 🌸 It shows that you put lots of effort in this one! Question for the Q&A - how do you actually meet people as someone who lives alone in Tokyo? 😅 I struggled with that the most during my time in Japan as I was not attending any school and my job was all home office based. I’m getting back on working holiday visa soon and this is probably my main concern 🥲

A question about kimonos. So, I found a store in Kyoto that says they rent out kimono for larger sizes (seems they deal with lots of tourists). My question is, do kimonos look ridiculous on curvy bodies? I have a pear shaped body (aka a big butt), so I am very concerned I am going to get there and they will tell me its not possible to do, or that I will look ridiculous since the Kimono silhouette is very straight. Any insight on this?
@elenakursteiner47297 ай бұрын
Very beautiful : you in kimono and whole video, actually.My only problem in Japan was: I had a million impressions and experience but no one around to share all that.People don't look at each other and don't talk to you, except Customer service.I was Alone also.Thank you very much.

Why do they the statues have red bibs on?
@AllisoninTokyo2 жыл бұрын
Ahh it’s complicated and I don’t know it well 😂 Something about red being a color that traditionally warded off evil and parents would offer them to the statues when their child died to protect them in the afterlife…I think it’s something kind of dark like that 😅
