Hi there! Nice video. I used to teach step aerobics, floor aerobics, and strength with weights. If I may...The more you can tell people (aloud) exactly what you are doing the better. So you're turning your wrists as you make the crazy 8s. Talk about what your body is doing in the process...shoulders, feet, anything you can think of and write it down and go through and memorize each and everything you're going to teach. Assume your students don't know anything about flagging. Many people can "do", but teaching is a whole other animal. :) Thanks for sharing and I look forward to trying flags!!!

Thank you so much for this. I am just getting started with swing flags. I have been making and using streamers and regular rod flags for years. I appreciate you willingness to teach and share with others. God bless you.

Hi There fellow flaggers, what I have been personally doing is to put a loop style hand hold where you hold the flags and the spin the flags around one or two fingers, that way you can do multiple turns of the flags in a row without tangling. I hope you try this, and have fun going wild with spins.

Praising God & thanking Him to add to my knowledge of Liturgical Praise & Worship! Thank you both as well for the time, talent, & patience displayed. I do believe what's shared comes from within her; the more she put her body in motion & thought of what she's doing for God, He made her verbally/technically share with us! Even then & there I witnessed God move! 🙌 If we make it about us we won't share as much, withhold it as a secret & keep it so the enemy can trick one to think it's our own talent/ability. He'll even use it against Women especially as we can sinfully be vain, insecure,& competitive! God is receiving Glory now using me to expose the warfare in the spirit realm to keep the Saints alert, watchful, & every close to The Father & His Word. We cannot arm ourselves nor defend ourselves outside of Him. Peace, Love, & Blessings to you my Sisters!💞
