I'm in GA, too. I finish my classes in January but my instructor told me if we fail twice we have to retake the whole course over again.. So I'm hoping if I study enough I'll pass first go. I'm super nervous about it even though it's 2 month away lol

more more more videos please. i'm a registered nurse and where everybody think this is one of the best jobs in the world money wise, it's very tiring and hard work. i love nursing but i want so badly to be an entrepreneur. i do understand the idea of being with a brokerage and everything however , i know this would be my thing when or if i become licensed . i haven't looked through all of your videos yet but if you can go over things to pay attention to for the license ! i'm excited about the whole idea lol. you're amazing for putting this info out to people like me

It’s a referral based business, so your sphere is very important. That’s my preference, but you can also farm neighborhoods or purchase leads.

I’m not sure where to purchase phone numbers. I would suggest farming by creating marketing material that is specific to a certain area. Send that material to a neighborhood in that area that you’d like to gain buisness in. Hope that helps! 😊

So many videos are referencing to the test but no one is giving an idea of what’s on the test. My main concern is math. What type of math is on the test?. Is there a lot of math?

The type of math on the test is what’s taught in the class. People aren’t allowed to give specifics about exams. When you take the class, you’ll have an idea of what to expect.

In New Jersey you can not even start school until you find a broker.

Hi You Not true. You can start school, they just advise you to have a broker in mind for when you pass the test so you can hang your license and start working

In Ohio you need a broker to sponsor you to taken the test
