Hi, I always hear that bn a realtor is hard work & an investment that pays off, but I never hear the actual specifics of what they do. Could u do a video showing A Day in the Life of a realtor that actually shows exactly what they do at the office to gain leads, build & meet clientele, sell & buy homes, win listings, etc. I am thinking about taking the course but everytime I hear how much fees they pay monthly, quarterly & annually it sounds like a huge investment with a risk of possibly not selling a home 🤔 & make that money back

@@auri6625 update: I am now a nursing assistant at the hospital starting nursing school in the Fall to become an RN😂 where I live the market is absolutely horrible right now. Our whole town burned last year in fires and I was scared to ever have to be dependent on someone else because I couldn’t make enough. That is all just personal preference though! I totally plan on taking on real estate in the future once I have my nursing career but personally did not see it being a full time career for me here but that’s ok!

I’m happy you like it! Being an assistant would be a great way for you to get some hands on experience in the field and gain some great insight into how a business is run on a day to day basis. Your responsibilities would be based on what the agent you’re working for needs you to do. There a no set responsibilities outside of not being able to perform tasks that require a real estate license. I hope that helps 😘
