The point of this video was......what? A bunch of trucks, presumably with the new KO3s bolted on to them, driving along tundra for the purpose of (unsuccessfully) panning for gold with one little bitty pan. Everybody had a great time. Yes, I saw that. Regarding the KO3s, were they good, bad, better than KO2s or other AT tires, worse than KO2s or other AT tires? Who knows? Nothing was mentioned about KO3s. Right?

@@roberthenry9319 you are not wrong. This was a video purely about the event. Its way to hard to judge a tire on a first weekend trip. I will have a full review including winter performance. Check back for a full review. But I will say I am very impressed with these tires so far. The KO2s had poor wet conditions performance, I can tell you I have had no issues with the KO3s and that’s even in heavy down pours.

You all couldn't have picked a prettier time of year to be up here in the alpine tundra. My grandkids were thrilled to be able to participate in your excursion and share their panning skills with you! I hope your crews had just as much fun in our little neck of the Alaska wilderness.

Awesome video. I have a 16 Tacoma only 60,000 miles looking to upgrade tires and suspension. What size tires on your rigs and any suggestion on suspension kit. TY

Hey, Mike! Your videos are some of the first I've seen of the event. Craig mentioned it was coming up when I visited in August. I'm Togo's owner, and I'm currently stationed in Japan, so I dont get to see the truck in actions very often. I enjoyed seeing it in your video! - Connor

How did the KO3’s handle on wet paved roads? I’d like to get these for my 91 f350. I keep hearing that there are better wet weather tires and living in Oregon has me going back and forth between options. I live in the high desert so plenty of snow driving but when venturing to the coast see plenty of wet driving. K03 or wildpeak at4w?

These tires look impressive BUT would all these folks be so impressed with the tires if this wasn't a BFG sponsored event? It's a serious question as I'm in the market and tires are a huge cost these days I'm in Northern Utah and it has it's wintery moments
@AllOverOverland3 ай бұрын
I was just a guide for the trail. Yes I got paid in tires, but I’m not sponsored nor do I work for them in anyway. So I’m impressed. They handle so much better then my old KO2’s on wet pavement, no issues at all! On the trial they were great. We had a ton of vehicles on the trails each day and not one person had an issue. So will be here soon, I’ll do my full review then.

@@AllOverOverland Thanks for that- Now that I'm an "older guy" these type choices are tough- they DO look mighty impressive. As you know some reviews are somewhat biased as they are almost a commercial for a product- but this was a pretty great video- and you impress me as a pretty truthful guy. Thanks for the info I believe you may have sold me- Thanks- Vic in Utah
