Allow WordPress User Roles to Edit a Single Page

So Department-A-User can edit Department-A-Page, but do they have access to make a new page? and is that page assigned to Department-A-User just like Department-A-Page? also can "add new page" be disabled so Department-A-User can only edit and view Department-A-Page. I did see you have the same features for WooCommerce products (Awesome BTW) I'm assuming what features you have for user roles and pages you would have for products?

Software has been changed or updated. Copy Role is no longer available at least as this video shows.
