Always something to figure out. I'm the way, if I have something that takes some thinking usually I will lay in bed thinking about it.

I have the exact same bottom on my radiator, smaller ends. Was lucky my factory lower bracket fit my aftermarket Aluminum Radiator. I also had to do away with my 'Gauge in car" radiator cap.

Barry, I'm going to be putting a alum. rad in the 46. Will probably be having a mounting issue also. C-ya mon, Terry

The Radiator link pulls up their website but no reference to the rad you were sent. All the 70 mustang rads have different hose mounts or caps. Prices look reasonable. How is the fan noise at stop lights?
@JoDaddysGarage2 жыл бұрын
I haven't driven it yet, but during testing, I was inside the car, and couldn't hear the fans. I don't have the best hearing though... lol

Very good information!!!! Well done, what temperature is your thermostat ? I will be using a Aluminum radiator and a water pump just like that thanks for your videos 👍🏻
@JoDaddysGarage2 жыл бұрын
It has a 180 degree thermostat.

I must be wrong, but I thought Ford radiators bolted to the radiator support on the sides. Hence not requiring the bottom or top holders.
@JoDaddysGarage2 жыл бұрын
The early mustangs were bolted in on the sides.

I just put a Champion 4 core with electric fan and shroud in my 67 and it bolted right to the 4 holes in the core support and didn't use the factory rad mounts. It has the lower outlet on the driver's side as well.

Great videos! I just found your account and The Brooklyn Pony is a great build series. Any updates? Also, Episode 28 doesn’t play any more, can you re-upload that one? Thank you.

I have reached an impasse on this car. It will be going to another builder to finish it.

@@JoDaddysGarage Too bad. That is a nice project. I would still like to see how you fixed the fender mount issue in episode 28. Thanks!

Can you tell me the exact dimensions of the radiator? And outlet sizes? Or direct me to the exact one from Alloy?
