that's because back in thedays around 80's/90's actors actually had to dress up and wear costumes. Now, everything is just all digitally animated on the computer. So true, I remember not being that interested in the projector, only as an added feature. Kid me first saw them at a K.B. Toys in the local mall. I didn't want the oversized Wolverine or other characters because they would have been out of scale from the rest of my X-men 6in figs. However, the Apocalypse character on the show could grow big! So that was perfect to have the projector Apocalypse figure be his "giant" size version towering over the 6in figs. He even had this cool wrecking ball type arm. So cool! :D
