Uhh, the manufacture was so good. Laser cut parts, quality welding, static powder coat, all top notch. Then the assembly.... Every time they used an impact wrench bits of metal came off. The chain and sprockets all looked loose. One of the "tensioners" was just a bar pushing on the chain. Wow... That could be a machine to last 20-30 years... I wonder if it will even last 10.

Спасибо, было очень интересно посмотреть, как в цивилизованных странах делают сельхоз технику Молотком бить по подшипникам? Напресовывать подшипники ударом молотка? Не докручивать болт или гайку до полного прижатия пружинной шайбы? Рабочие не стесняются повреждать лакокрасочное покрытие прямо сразу на заводе? И много других замечаний. Мне было бы стыдно показывать такое производство. А ещё нам тут рассказывают, что в России низкая культура производства?! Да в России у каждого уважающего себя мастера есть пресс для напресовки подшипников, а уж на заводах тем более. После ударов срок службы подшипников сильно сокращается, например...

조립다이 같은것이 필요해보이는데 바닥에다 바로 조립하는군요 공정개선이 필요해보입니다. 작업능률적인 면에서 좀 뒤쳐저보임
