So applicable for any parent today, whether they struggle with a bad phone relationship or not (we all know people that do). Thank you for this. Great episode and a good reminder to be present for our children. Atomic Habits is a great book. Just a thought. You very briefly mentioned the book 'The Anxious Generation', which people should be careful of. It's been heavily criticized by academics and journalists for relying too much on correlational studies and putting all the blame on devices and dismissing the impact of global events and the resultant media coverage. Putting all the blame for adolescent mental health on phones is dangerous because it risks not allowing other causes to be investigated.
