I love how you present your recipes. You don't talk for. 10 minutes about nonsense not pertaining to the recipe like many do. We alternate weeks now,because I was so done with almost literally everything being my responsibility while all he did was make bigger messes for me to clean up & run up the electric bill. I can’t wait to get my license,get a second job and leave him,it’s been almost 15 years of pure hell.

I cooked everything as listed. But after 45 minutes the vegetables were perfect but I like my thighs drier. So I removed the veggies to a bowl and drizzled them and the chicken with the vinaigrette. I returned the chicken to the oven and cooked another 45 min. Perfect!

I have only used chicken thighs for years, back when you could buy them for .39 cents a pd, because no one wanted them. So much better, moister than breast... now they cost 10 times that... but still good :)
