Can I point out that we need a right tackle not a left tackle. Not the same thing! Browns picked up Dawand Jones in the 4th round and he looked pretty solid against TJ for a rookie. There’s depth at center so we don’t have to take one at 20. If we got Mitchell we could have a hall of fame defense that put us over the top. Super bowls more and more are low scoring games even with these explosive offenses.

The reason we won't get Howard is because Dante Jackson, Cory Trice, and Darius Rush. All outside CBs... we need a Mike Hilton slot CB type corner. Howard isn't that. He is also completely washed based on his last two seasons.

@coreybeavers8853 so was Stephen Gilmore. Both are not starters based on the level of play the last 2 years. Howard's skill set isn't slot either. No one in the NFL plays one position their whole career and then switches at the end. Cooper DeJean, Mike S (Michigan), Jarrian Jones, or Phillops (Kentucky) will be your new slot CB after the draft. Steelers also prefer CBs who can tackle...JPJ was the only exception to that rule. Those 4 all fit the physical play style.

Let’s get this straight. You have Byron Murphy and Graham Barton both available at 20 and you guys pick Barton. That is a move no GM in the league would make, including Omar Khan. The value of Murphy at 20 is way bigger than the value of Barton at 20. Ask who has the best D lines in football and how successful are those teams. Steelers better start investing on quality DL players

In order for the Steelers to move up from 20 to 12, they may have give up 2 draft picks this year, Maybe? The main concern should be Getting a Good center not another Kendrick Green? As far as QB it would be a Big Mistake if the Steelers part ways with Fields they need 2 Veteran QB's on the roster in case something unexpected would happen to Wilson? Keep Fields for a year, Draft A Good Rookie QB, the QB room has to be a lot better than the past few years with everything having a band Aid on it. As far as Brandon A. I don't see the Steelers giving up a first round pick for him only having him for only one year, it's not worth it!

James Danielle’s is a good center listen to Darrick talk about him it has been said he prefers it to. They might not move up to get corner but they have solutions. The line looked strong end of last year and Moore is just hitting prime. Having star in each position is not real. Not saying get him but I can see how they think we could if they want to. Ok if they take tackle but don’t get we have to we have to have corner in draft you can get slot after, we cannot possibly use a draft pick even a second to get receiver even though we might just use second on receiver anyhow or even first. At the end of the day, the Steelers OL still needs a serious upgrade. Even with Broderick Jones and Semeulo, the OL is still the weak point of the team. Joey Porter Jr is looking like a lock down CB. Love Mitchell, but we don't need to pay a high price for another CB1 to cover a WR2. And if they trade for Aiyuk he will want to get paid. If we have a QB that balls out this year -- we are going to have to pay next year. Steeler success over the years has been predicated on letting the draft come to them. Last year was a case in point -- a phenomenal draft w/o moving up. Be patient. They have four picks in the first 98 in a rather deep draft. If Khan can hit on picks this year like he did last year, the Steelers will be in really good shape long term.

Stand pat at 20. Go RT Latham, Fuaga or Mims in round 1, and move Broderick Jones back to his natural position at LT. The grab a center in round 2. If you have to move up a little in round 2, then use one of the thirds to move up. Frazier and Van Pran should be available. That solidifies the OL. Get your receivers in the later rounds. The Steelers are good at corner for now. Trade the 2025 number 1 for Aiyuk if necessary. If we pick swap with 49'ers this year we risk missing out on a premier RT at pick 31.

We do not need an early round OL, CB, S, DT,, LB or TE.. So we could use Wide receiver or Center.. Only Pouncy started as a rookie. well Dan Moore Jr also started. So take a center in the 3rd round..
