아니 Isn't Just "No" (Use 아니 to Sound Natural in Korean!)

Thank you. So 아니 basically means any interjection in the English language. Allmost all english interjection have certain degree of when to use but this one is compacted in just one words which is 아니. Very informative..

Can you make a similar video with 뭐? I've heard people using it at the beginning of sentences. I always assumed it would be done like "well...", but honestly, I'm not really sure how or when it's used

It’s kind of like "what?!", in English. It’s used as expressions, not just when wanting to know an answer. It can sound frustrated, or confused, or even shocked when you hear drama lol! 😂 감사합니다 ☺️

It feels to me like using the phrase "no way" in English. For example if someone got a promotion I might say, "no way, that's awesome!" Or if someone accused me of something I might say "no way, that wasn't me!"

In French we use the word "no" in a very similar way in the expression " non mais" ( = no but, pronounce 넝매).

@@YourKoreanSaem , i think that our "non mais" and " 아니요" mean "listen to me !" placed at the start of the sentence.. and in my south ouest of France at the end of such sentence we finish with a "quoi" (콰 ), translate "what" but here meaning "what i've just said is important". the "non mais quoi" is the bread and butter of our arguments here lol .

I think you mean 아주 칭찬해? Used to say something is really good and worth complimenting. Although 칭찬하다 is more a verb and not an adjective (descriptive verb) so originally it could wound awkward but it seems to be trendy to say it that way...
