Only Hirgon can boost siege damage a little theres no other commander on evil side has a lot better sieging commanders and units!Nice explaining✌

Is is multiplied by units or by command? Is a 22 siege with 100per command better than a 22 siege with 50 per command? Or are they the same because they are both a 22 siege?

It's per unit. IF you look at your armies on the Army section of your settlement, it says your total siege dmg next to your commanders picture with a little catapult by it, so you can always double check there and make sure you have the most possible siege dmg.

Yes or you can long march near a friendly tile and then build a fort there.

If you attack another factions territory without declaring war on them you get a siege damage reduction
