Use Dwalin against Khaldoon. Use GtG r5+ against WKs. Use Arwen against Sauron. This is how F2P players were fighting for the first 2 season almost always against whales. Grima is a problem but wjth some resolve helmets it was also manageable

Hey, new sub here. Keep up the great videos! Would love to maybe see some more in depth counters for specific whale commanders, like maybe how to handles a whaled GTW or something like that. For some reason no one makes counter videos anymore haha

I was actually talking with someone about this recently! We're working on a more in-depth counter data base, that would hopefully help :) It's a big project so trying to get some stuff together is taking a while, but it's in the works!

It might be just a little honorable mention but on RP a purple geared wk can pretty much kill almost any dmg dealing commander. You lose a lot oc but if it burns wk can kill it most of the time, even if its crazy whaled out

Another tip is to never face whales 1 vs 1. Either watch for teammates to hit it then time yours to land 1 second after. Or send a “softener” commander (I use gtg or gil, f/s bomb) And then a heavy hitter second (dwalin, A2) to land 1 second later.

In my current season thid whale problem reached a whole new dimension. We are playing Tactics Evolved and Arnor has 280 players. Every single one of them is completely whaled out. Multiple R20+ T3 with maxed out Gold Gear and stuff like that. More then 30 of them had a production over 80k after the Structure Bonuses got activated. By now more then 50 have over 100k

They gave us 2 weeks to prepare ourself. Today our war started and they destroyed our whole faction within 2 hours. And we aren't weak. We count as one of the top 10 evil warbands

In S1 Vs WK Haldir actually does quite well against WK who abuse Alchs as long as you have access to eagles And as long as they don’t build any archers

A different question. You used to be kinda on the fence on Faramir, now I see you're using him quite actively. Are you full on team Faramir now or just giving him a shot? And what's your experience been like so far?

My only experience is in season 1, so I'd say I need more time to be sure. I think he's better in RP, so if you plan to go that route I think he's a great investment. I've seen solid ones in NRP, but things seem less viable to me in NPR

It wasn't a point in the video so I don't think most people even thought about unless they went to read the comments :) Which I think make it clear that capping out on anything in the game is never ideal for being efficient.
