I haven't updated to this one, since I have the LG C2 , because it just gotten a huge software update and it looks great. The difference it's just the brightness and chip set and UI, that's all. No need to upgrade. LG is great solid tv.

@@wwesuperstar1100 I got a C3 and love it! I've had it just over 1 week and I'm still fiddling with the brightness settings. What is cool is that any adjustments just change the input you're watching and saved. You can apply the settings to ALL the inputs if you want. The only problem I've got with it is the TV guide doesn't save the channels you searched for and goes back to LGs default listings when switched off. Annoying but I will ask LG.

I bought mine in November around Black Friday (here in Romania). I love mine a lot! I have all streaming platforms for movies and KZbin. The 4K Dolby Vision-Atmos content on Disney+ (for Marvel - with IMAX Enhanced) and on Netflix looks gorgeous, mind blowing. For gaming on the PS5 Slim this TV is a beast! BUY IT, BUY IT, BUY IT!!!! Now is the best time to pick up a C3. It is discounted, it has been out long enough for LG to work the bugs out and it is still an absolute stunner. I also game on my 65” C3 and I prefer it to my Alienware AW3225QF. It is a spectacular performer. The C4 (and G4) are still in public beta and will continue to be for the next 9 months or so.

@@tylersimpson-g5sThey are different use cases for me, but I use the C3 far more than the AW, primarily because I like gaming from my favorite chair and really enjoy the big screen. Don’t get me wrong, the AW is a great monitor that I use if/when I need/want more than 120fps (which is the max for the C3). With the latest updates, VRR/Gsync/Low latency all work flawlessly on the C3. With wireless mouse and keyboard, the arm chair gaming is perfect.

What’s up everyone! To all my LG C3 owners, how can I get my video output for my ps5 on 120fps? On the game optimizer, all the games I’ve played (for example, stellar blade) it only shows 60fps. Is there something I need to adjust on the TV settings or the PS5? I know I have a good hdmi cable

those games actually run at most at 60fps, ps5 can run 120fps very very very rarely

As the other guy said, few games run at 120fps. Maybe Overwatch and other competitive games run at 120fps. PS5 Pro might be able to run graphically demanding titles on 120 fps so keep looking for it

I own both an LG OLED 65B7P and an 77"cx 😂 my 65B7P is on its second screen due to burn in from CNBC. Unfortunately, the second screen which fortunately LG replaced for free under warranty, has become burned in again and out of warranty. I'm debating between the Sony A95L, LG G3, or the LG G4 or Sony newest high-end oled for 2024. I'm just concerned about burn in, and I also play a Sony Playstation 5 and watch a lot of Netflix movies. I'm unsure which 65-inch tv to get. Suggestions 😊

Got the 42" C3 for only 820 Euros (Italy), for that price it's the best display on the market and it hits the right spot on resolution, size (although slightly smaller would be better, I need to mount it further away once I remake my setup and room), refresh rate (most games I play don't need more than 120Hz or are capped at 60Hz) and future uses (if I get a new monitor I can just put it in another room and let my family use it as a Smart TV.

Better UI than Sony. Samsung still uses Tizen OS which is less secure than Android and LG. Still like the Sony remote. Looking to upgrade from my Sony 4k HDMI 1.4 TV (2017 version). At least HDMI 2.1 for 4k 120hz. LG, or the Sony 2022 version or later, is on my watchlist. Got a custom desktop December 2023 (Intel Core i7-14700K, Asus RTX 4080, 32GB DDR5, Samsung Pro 990 SSD 2TB) to replace my 2016 desktop PC.

The image quality is awesome, but I HATE how it handles its input sources and the overall OS is just awful. When I turn on my PS5 it will first go to PS5, then it suddenly switches to my AppleTV, then it goes back to my PS5, then it turns off the ARC soundsysten, and then it goes back to AppleTV again 😤. Sometimes it doesn’t respond to input sources at all. And when you swtich off for example the PS5 it won’t return to the previous active source. I also don’t like that it always shows the LG logo when switching on/off the TV. So in short: the image quality and specs are great, but the software is a HUGE handicap.

Hi! Thanks for this lil crash course about OLED TVs. Though I am sure this TV would do a very great job on real 4K videos, what happens when you watch plain regular TV channels? I was thinking about buying a nice LG OLED65G26LA. Would it be worth paying for such a hi-tech TV if there is no occasion to make it work in 4K (unless all channels provide 4K)?

77" $3060(CAD) + tax at Costco. Price includes delivery. Deal was live for maybe a day. Was grinding back and forth between the C3 and S90C. This deal came up and it was a no brainer at that price.

Yeah, I bought it too, and it comes with free white glove deliver also, plus with 2 years warranty, and you can’t beat Costco extended 4 years warranty for $130 bucks, so it’s good for 6 years. It gets delivered tomorrow, can’t wait.

I own both an LG OLED 65B7P and an 77"cx 😂 my 65B7P is on its second screen due to burn in from CNBC. Unfortunately, the second screen which fortunately LG replaced for free under warranty, has become burned in again and out of warranty. I'm debating between the Sony A95L, LG G3, or the LG G4 or Sony newest high-end oled for 2024. I'm just concerned about burn in, and I also play a Sony Playstation 5 and watch a lot of Netflix movies. I'm unsure which 65-inch tv to get. Suggestions 😊

Personally I think the Sony, although fantastic, isn’t good value. I would add the S95D to that list, I’m looking forward to seeing the Matt screen. Hoping the build quality will be better. The G4 looks awesome hoping to get that in next month.

Wait whaaaat? I'm looking at a C3 right now, but it's sold with a soundbar + wireless subwoofer and has a different stand than the tv in your review(thank you by the way👍🏻👍🏻) But i think 2850£ is way too much for a 65" that's a year old. Norway is expensive in genral though💸💸

Anyone know how much of an upgrade this would be over a sony x900h? Thats what i have currently, 55inch, but very tempted to get a C3 65inch model. Would be for ps5 gaming, netflix and also 4k blu ray films.

OK so Samsung OLED tvs dont play Dolby Vision and LG dont play HRD10+ ex : S90c vs LG C3. But: If DV is 12 bit and there's no 12 bit tvs yet, this means that LG really is not playing the full version of DV but instead it uses some tweeking technique like 8bit FDR ? Now this would be lying and you would be paying for a tv that does not deliver the goods plus the model C3 for example has less of a gamut of colors compare to the S90C .. adding to the problem of DV 64 millions or billions of combinations of colors that this tv is not able to show! Am I missing something here?

I’ve had my LG c2 since it came out and it’s still just as good as when I got it. I don’t know if anyone is kind enough to answer but I’ll ask anyway, I’m looking to upgrade my parents TV as they deserve it and I want to get them the best one I can within a budget of course. I was looking at getting them the C3 as I know the C2 is fantastic. Could anyone who has one or knows what they’re talking about let me know if it’s the best one in its price range or if there’s others in that price range I should consider. The current price I can get a C3 In the U.K. is around £1300 for a 65 inch. Ps this video is great btw and has mainly convinced me but I just wanted to know if there were other options I should consider. Also if anyone knows first hand is the C4 worth it or is it not noticeably better than the C3 for a couple of 70yr olds with questionable eyesight 😂 One last thing if I did get the C3 or similar does anyone have any recommendations for sound bars to go with it ( they’re a bit death 😂 ) I appreciate anyone who replies to my essay ❤ One last thing. I wish anyone who even just comes across this the absolute best. It can be tough out there but cherish the ones you love and who love you. love yourself you deserve it. You are good enough. Do those things that are scaring you. Believe me you only regret the things you didn’t do or didn’t say when you wanted to. It’s only you holding you back from doing whatever it is you want to do or accomplish in life. Just placed my order today for the 65" from Walmart Canada. Got it for $2197.99. I would've purchased from Costco but they had no stock and the C4 was a whopping 3,297.99. My research told me the extra $$ wasn't worth the few enhancements.

got the C3 65" this July 2024. am supposed to get the C4.. but no 65" available in our country. not a gamer though, just for 4k blu ray movie . hope I made the good choice :)

Just got my 65" C3 a week ago. Incredible, fantastic, and unbelievable TV. Paid $1,700.00 out the door at BB. Super clear and rich, colorful picture. Has 10 picture modes so you can adjust it hundreds of different ways to suit your eye. Also I think the sound is very good too! Has the same processor as the more expensive G3. Save many hundreds of dollars and get the C3. It's AMA-A-A-ZING.
